Induction

The Human Resources Department structures an appropriate induction program to orient the new employees to various businesses and services at KAPICO.

The new employee interacts with people at various levels and functions to get an insight into the organization. The induction program helps the employee to integrate in the new environment and provides an overview of the organization as a whole. It also provides an opportunity to the new entrant to engrain our values of trust and ethics as well as the style of functioning.
